Food should be at the top of your list if you want to survive. This is not only important in extreme cases, such as earthquakes and wars. Don’t forget to consider your water supply.

The Gear

People should use a bag that has enough room for the essentials. The bag should be lightweight and is placed within the house where you can easily get it in case you need to flee. It should contain the ration, survival knives, ropes, blankets, medicines, flashlights, and batteries. You may also include things that are likely to disappear during national emergencies.

You are the most important dimension of survivalism. In the midst of calamities or chaos, you need to have a clear, stable mind and reliable physical strength.
